Many companies live by the cliché “The customer is always right.” IT Devotion doesn’t. We believe “the customer knows their business better than anyone,” but we know web design and in turn can advise you best about your website. It is your money, after all, and we don’t want you spending it on something you won’t be happy with and/or don’t need.

IT Devotion does not like to throw gobbledygook at our clients just to impress. Instead, we communicate in English, not binary. This enables you to understand clearly what is going on 110% of the time. On occasion we will need to use certain keywords/phrases that you may not understand but we will always explain these to you in full.
